Bring together five individually named business units under a common corporate umbrella, while maintaining the strength of each unit's brand. And do all this in the face of intense price pressure and commoditization.The big idea
Conduct a 360-degree internal and external research review. It turned out that Cookson was known as a company that provided unique consultative support in the wiring board industry. We used this observation to create the tagline Shared Intelligence, which was incorporated into a new corporate standard that was flexible enough to maintain the unique qualities of each unit's own brand.The breakthrough
